While Open Streets encourages active transportation like walking and cycling this event takes on the look of a giant block party connecting the central business district with multiple neighborhoods. Complimentary Activity Hubs will feature giant board games, Zumba, pickleball, live music, BMX Stunts, Derby Girls, and golf to name a few.

Open streets started in Bogota, Columbia 20 years ago. Today, more than 100 cities around the globe, from Cape Town to Toronto, to Berkley, to Pittsburgh and now to Fort Wayne, communities are coming together for this free, fun-filled day. Join us on July 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
